Our achievements

For the past sixteen years, your support has enabled Las Molas Association to
provide donations to organizations assisting students, the ill, the elderly, the most
vulnerable within our community, and we want to wholeheartedly say:
Thank you!

The community of Washington has being able to learn about our culture and enjoy
our foods.

Our children have learned our traditional folkloric dances, have had the
opportunity to represent Panamá in events throughout the state, earn school
credits, build participation in community projects, and develop pride for our
culture.  This year we selected our second "Miss Raíces Panameñas in the
summer.

Where do our donations go?
In the last sixteen years we have made donations to Panamanian institutions such
as Children's Hospital, several orphanage centers, nursing homes, the maternity
ward of Santo Tomás Hospital and many more.

In Washington state we have made donations to the Back Pack Program, and to
the food banks in Centralia, Shelton, Thurston, and Pierce Counties.
